As a courtesy to our staff and patients, DOSED RX requires aminimum of 48-hour noticefor all appointment reschedules. Booking fees are collected to reserve all treatments, are non-refundable, and will be applied to the total cost of the service. In the event of a cancellation, the fee is forfeited. In the event of a reschedule, fees are rolled over to the new appointment. All reschedules that occur less than 48 hours from the appointment time, including No-Shows, forfeit the booking fee and will be required to rebook with a new fee. DOSED RX reserves the right to cancel appointments for any reason at any time. Patients must complete all required formsat least 24 hours priorto their appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. It is the responsibility of all patients to review the supplied Contraindications, Appointment Preparation and any other pertinent information required to receive treatments prior to booking.
