Yes. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and requires a card on file. At your appointment, you may pay the remaining balance with the card on file or another accepted payment method. You may also split your balance between different forms of payment.

DOSED RX offers financing through Cherry for eligible amounts ranging from $200–$10,000. Clients may check their approved amount by scanning the QR code in-office or using the link on the Payment Plan tab before their appointment. Appointment deposits are collected at booking and cannot be financed.

Booking fees are collected to reserve all treatments, are non-refundable, and will be applied to the total cost of service. Patients are responsible for reviewing contraindications, appointment preparation, and all required information before booking. If you are unsure of candidacy or new to services, we recommend booking a consultation first.

DOSED RX requires a minimum of 48-hour notice for all reschedules. Booking fees are non-refundable. Cancellations forfeit the booking fee. Reschedules made with proper notice will roll the fee over to the new appointment. Reschedules under 48 hours and no-shows require a new booking fee. Required forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

There is a strict 10-minute late policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it is considered a same-day cancellation and reschedule under the Cancellation Policy.

All sales are final, including products, services rendered, booking fees, and consultation fees. If a future service is booked at the time of consultation, the $75 consultation fee will be applied to the treatment cost. If that appointment is canceled, the $75 fee is forfeited. In the event of a chargeback, you will be unable to book with DOSED RX in the future.

For the safety, comfort, and privacy of patients and providers, guests are not permitted in the treatment room. Please attend your appointment alone. Exceptions may be made for individuals requiring physical assistance or a translator. Children and pets are not permitted in the studio.
